Well Since I am not 24 I can't use my tax information for financial aid. My mother take care of me by herself since I was 9. Well she passed away, and they want my father tax information since I still have a relationship with him. Which is bullshit, for one. I will be 23 next month, and I been taking are of myself for a while. I should be able to use my own info.
I can't use my dads info so im pretty much fucked except for student loans, but I aint doing that because I am not stupid. I don't debt hanging over my head until my kids go to college, or even longer than that maybe. I can't do community college, cause even with that I don't get good enough hours to be able to pay for even one class a semester. Such bullshit. I can smoke,drink, fight and die for my country, but when I wanna better my education? Fucking noooooo. I need my daddy to do THAT for me.
